my sleep cycle of 6 to 3 has now eliminated not only breakfast but lunch as well. i'm actually planning what time i have to wake up so i can have lunch. this doesn't sound good....

bounced out of bed today cos i overslept. and true enuff i wasn't early enough for some of the errands i had to run in school. the photocopying shop at YIH was already closed and i had to climb up the stairs of horror to get to the other computer cluster. the stairs of horror is like the batu caves of NUS. flights and flights of steep never ending steps. it's quite a sight when you're near the bottom panting for breath and you look up and all you see are steps. i once saw an old man climbing up those steps of horror. it's like he had to rest for every 10 steps he took...and he was nowhere near the top. poor thing. :o(

so i climbed up those batu caves steps carrying my unicycle, thinking this probably fulfils my exercise quota for this month, and when i got to the top near LT4 i managed to get a flashback. i saw myself buying coffee like i did for the entire semester and sitting in for robotics lecture. it was a nice surreal feeling...the joy in knowing i never have to do it again...and yet a tinge of "i miss those days".

ordered new clubs today. yipee. renegade sportlight clubs. very light, meant for children, and also very CHEAP. it'll probably come up to 20 dollars per club, compare that to 70 dollars per radical fish club. i'll keep reminding myself of that when i next get a bruised palm/when my clubs get blown away by the wind/when my bland white clubs land next to the elegant flashy radical fish. nah i'm quite excited abt getting the sportlight clubs really. they're not that bad especially for the price they're at. just need some modifications and they shld be fine. i'm this bit closer to the 5 club cascade! :o) my fat albatross-es are gonna have new thin friends soon! :o)

bruises. last week at unicycling i gave myself a huge whack on the calf with the pedal and it gave me the biggest bruise i've seen in modern times. there're 4 innocent little small cuts as well on the bruise and they actually hurt more than the menacing multicolored bruise. anyway today i showed bin bin the bruise triumphly and she displayed her shin which is covered with small bruises everywhere. haha....she wins...she's the queen of bruises.

today's unicycling was pretty fun. one of those days where i got the feeling. still have a long way to go before i get enough confidence to veer off the wall though. i might actually follw huifang's suggestion to practise with HDB corridors. i dun think i'll be too welcomed by the flat occupants though. it's like they look out and they see a total stranger falling off the biike repeatedly right outside their house. and with every fall comes a loud thud when the unicycle crashes. hmmm. maybe i should practise at stephanie's corridors. haha.

my eyelids are both the same size! finally! for the first time in ages i think. they have been chalazioned. yup, chalazioned. something abt tear glands being blocked. my lower left eyelid first swelled and when that subsided the upper lid swelled. maybe if i take my BMI now it'll be less than 23. yes..it's all the chalazions fault that i'm overweight. :o)

went down just now and got another flashback. the smell of fresh air (sort of rainy smell) hit me as i went down the stairs...it reminded me of the umpteem times i went down to get coffee while staying up late to study. again the feeling of nostalgia mixed with the delight of knowing it's part of the stage of my life that is over. (unless of course i do some post grad thingy and then i can look myself in the mirror and say i am such an ass)

the 95 trip from school to the mrt today was the longest i've ever taken. there was an accident near NUH and the bus either couldn't turn or turned the wrong way. so we ended up in some ulu part of science park (i was wondering why i've never noticed such pretty builidings all this while!) and the bus had to turn back. while reversing it nearly hit a taxi too..wow that would have kept the traffic police busy. anyway being kept on the bus was bad enough, having 3 malaysians speaking in mandarin loudly next to me didn't help. they do have a weird madarin accent dun they? very sing songish...very..well...offkey. i suppose the china chinese will find singaporean mandarin weird too...

so i got to unicycle at 8.30 when i thought i could get there at 5. procastination procastination.......

just read from papers that survivor is over. the last time i saw the trailer there were 4 left! amber won, that's crapshit. but since the other person left is rob, i'd rather amber win. but they're getting married! wah?! survivor all stars is really boring though..despite the hype...or maybe i'm just not free on friday nights to follow it. eye for a guy is over too. i only caught one episode for the entire series. must say i found Mark quite hot. charming, good looks, and a poly lecturer(!). he's 23 only too...and so is rachael and so am i but how come they look so un-23ish? or rather how come i feel so un-23ish? the juggleress is but a mere mortal after all. Mark gets irritating quickly though (maybe its sour grapes). and angie had a point as she wondered "what's with all the american accent man?".

just saw a juggling video by Barak. Israeli jugglers are god man....there's barak...and then there's volva and oga (i think..oops)..and they have enough skill for the entire world. the video was on the 5 ball "thoroughly impossible trick" (5 ball cascade then overhead then backcross then overhead)..totally insane. :o)

gym session with xiwen tmrw...better sleep better sleep......
